Refund Policy:

• The refund is eligible if the room reservations cancelled by 24 hours prior to arrival, if not the 1st night is chargeable and the balance will be refunded.
• Any banqueting events refund is subject to contract agreement signed between both the parties.
• Any special event for Food & Beverage refund is subject to such event’s terms & conditions.

Delivery Policy:

Electronic receipt will be generated after the payment.
